• Payment for services are payable at the time of treatment. For your convenience, we accept cash and credit cards including Visa, American Express, Mastercard, ApplePay and Discover.

• We, as a General and Family Dentist, try to find a financing option suitable to your needs, so we also take CareCredit®. We will be happy to help you apply for CareCredit® if you choose this option.

 

• About cancellation, if you are unable to keep an appointment, please let us know 48 hours in advance.  Otherwise a $50 cancellation fee may apply.
